These Terms govern your use of our in-house health record management application and related services (the “Service”), including payment links we send via Razorpay. By using the Service or paying a Razorpay link, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Service

We provide a platform to maintain patient records, schedule/track treatments, and issue one-time payment links via Razorpay for professional dental services. The Service is intended for patients and payers designated by patients.

2) Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be 18+ and legally competent, or a parent/guardian acting for a minor. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3) Scope of Services

• Health record management and post-treatment billing for consultations, procedures, and treatments.
• No subscription products, no physical goods, and no emergency care via the app.

4) Payment Links & Pricing

• Payments are raised post-treatment via Razorpay payment links; currency: INR.
• No separate convenience fee or surcharge is levied.
• Pricing is communicated before a payment link is sent.
• Payments may be made by the patient or a person the patient designates.

5) No Refunds (Post-Treatment Billing)

Since charges are raised after services are rendered, payments are non-refundable. Duplicate or failed transactions, if any, will be reversed to the original source as per banking/Razorpay timelines (see Refund Policy).

6) Medical & Safety Disclaimers

• The Service is a records and payments tool; clinical decisions are made by our dental professionals during in-person care.
• Do not use the app for emergencies—please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital/clinic.

7) Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for accuracy of personal and health information and for following clinical advice and follow-up schedules.

8) Communications Consent

You authorize us to send operational messages (appointments, records, payment links, receipts) via WhatsApp/SMS and email. You may opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us.

9) Intellectual Property

All content and software of the Service are owned by Jaya Dental Clinic. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms; no other rights are granted.

10) Prohibited Uses

You shall not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or rely on the app for clinical decisions without professional consultation.

11) Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

12) Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from unlawful use or unauthorized data you provide.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
