Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies to one-time INR payments collected via Razorpay payment links after completion of dental services.

1) General

Payments are issued post-treatment for services already rendered; therefore, payments are non-refundable and appointments are not cancellable after service completion.

Write to dentistrama@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +91 9884065060 with the invoice number, date, and Razorpay payment reference.

4) Timelines

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Bank posting may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/Razorpay.

5) No Shipping/Delivery

We provide professional dental services only. No goods are shipped.
