1) No Physical Shipping

• We do not ship, courier, or deliver any physical goods.
• No COD or doorstep delivery is offered.

2) What You Receive

• Dental treatment and consultations are rendered in-clinic.
• Invoices/receipts and appointment messages may be sent digitally via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
• Medical records are maintained in our in-house health record system and shared with you on request per our Privacy Policy.

3) Payments

Payments are collected in INR through Razorpay payment links sent after treatment. For refunds related to duplicate/failed charges, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
